CPHRWRKS is an independent creative project operating through a private network. This website is published under the name CPHRWRKS. The direct communication channel is signal@cphrwrks.xyz. This is currently a private local prototype. The operator’s legal identity, postal address, registration details and final hosting provider must be inserted here before any public commercial release. The chain contains no invented block.

02 / No passive collection

The public pages use no analytics, advertising pixels, visitor accounts, behavioural profiling, marketing cookies or cross-site trackers. CPHRWRKS does not intentionally identify visitors and does not build a database of their movements. Silence is a valid transaction.

03 / The network still exists

Every network request needs temporary technical routing. Hosting and network providers may process an IP address, timestamp or request metadata to deliver and secure the service under their own policies. CPHRWRKS does not use that technical exhaust to profile, advertise to or follow anyone.

04 / Messages sent by choice

If you deliberately send a message through the contact form, its contents and the details you choose to include are processed solely to receive and answer that transmission. When deployed, delivery may pass through the hosting form service. Messages are not sold, enriched or used for automated profiling. They should be kept only for the time needed to answer, then erased within twelve months after the last exchange unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection requests may be sent to the same address. A complaint may also be submitted to the competent data-protection authority.

05 / Intellectual signal

Unless stated otherwise, the name, logo, visual system, texts, images, objects and source-specific creative material presented here are protected works. Observation is permitted. Reproduction, extraction, commercial reuse or mutation without prior written permission is not.

06 / No promise hidden in the code

This website is provided as available, without a guarantee of permanent access, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. External links, if any, lead beyond this system and remain under the responsibility of their respective operators.

07 / Governing frame

This notice is governed by the laws applicable in France and the European Union. Nothing here is designed to remove a right granted by mandatory law. If one clause fails, the remaining signal survives.
